THE DIFFERENCE

A handmade product, with a defined buying process.

Premium craft creates interest. Procurement requires evidence. Nacresque connects selected workshops in Syria with overseas buyers and adds the commercial, specification, quality-control and export coordination layer around the product.

The objective is simple: you should be able to evaluate a real sample, approve what matters, and understand how a larger order will be controlled before you commit to it.

SAMPLE-MATCHED PRODUCTION

How a 200-unit order is controlled.

The claim is not that handmade pieces become perfectly identical. The claim is that the production is tied to an approved physical reference and a written, measurable specification.

01

Approve the reference sample

The physical sample becomes the visible reference for materials, workmanship, finish and construction.

02

Create the order specification

We record dimensions, materials, interior, branding, quantities and other measurable requirements.

03

Brief the production partner

The workshop receives the approved reference and written requirements before the batch proceeds.

04

Check the batch

Checks are made at defined stages instead of waiting until every unit is finished.

05

Final inspection

The finished allocation is checked for construction, dimensions, finish and agreed customization.

06

Document the actual order

We send photos and, when practical, a short video of the finished order before shipment.

07

Pack and prepare export

Commercial documents, packing information and freight arrangements are prepared for the destination.

Handmade variation: natural wood grain, mother-of-pearl and other natural materials can vary from piece to piece. What we control is the agreed specification, construction, dimensions, finish and customization—not artificial uniformity the material cannot provide.

HOW IT WORKS

From inquiry to shipment, step by step.

A buyer should never have to guess what happens after the first email.

01

Tell us the project

Product, quantity, destination, timing and any client or brand requirements.

02

Confirm commercial fit

We confirm feasibility, MOQ, customization, lead time and the suitable configuration.

03

Evaluate the sample

Judge the real materials and workmanship before approving a volume order.

04

Approve the specification

The production requirements are documented before the batch proceeds.

05

Produce + inspect

The order is produced, checked and documented against the agreed requirements.

06

Export + deliver

We coordinate the agreed commercial documentation and shipping framework for the destination.

COMMERCIAL + EXPORT

Built for procurement, not retail checkout.

Nacresque works around project quantities, specifications and destination requirements rather than one-off consumer purchases.

Short deadline? Selected finished configurations are kept in inventory for time-sensitive programs. When the right model and quantity are already available, an inventory allocation can move faster than a new production run. Availability is confirmed against the exact model and quantity requested.

MOQStandard configurations from 50 units; bespoke interiors or custom dimensions are scoped per project.
CustomizationInterior fit, dimensions, finish, branding and inserts are agreed against the buyer's brief.
PaymentInternational T/T under the agreed quotation and commercial terms.
ShippingFor agreed DAP/DDP quotations, delivery costs are built into our quoted delivered price so the buyer does not arrange or pay freight separately. Under DDP, agreed import duties/taxes are included where that term is quoted.
CapacityApproximately 500–1,000 pieces/month depending on model, inventory, bespoke printing/branding and production schedule.
PackagingPackaging can be specified around the product, destination and presentation requirements, including export-grade protection, custom-fit inserts, presentation boxes and branded packaging.
DocumentsCommercial invoice, packing information and agreed shipping documentation are prepared as the order advances.

BUYER DETAILS

The practical answers behind a volume order.

The information below is designed to answer the questions a procurement team needs settled before a purchase order.

CAPACITY & AVAILABILITY

Up to approximately 500–1,000 pieces per month

Our practical monthly capacity can reach approximately 500–1,000 pieces, depending on the specific model, current inventory, required finish, bespoke printing/branding and production schedule.

When the required configuration is already in inventory, an urgent allocation can move sooner than a new production run. We confirm the real available quantity and lead time against the exact project before quotation.

PACKAGING

Professional packaging arranged around the shipment

Packaging can be specified around the product, quantity, destination and presentation requirements. Available options include export-grade protective packaging, custom-fit protective inserts, presentation boxes, branded packaging and other project-specific formats where suitable.

The finished shipment uses export-grade protection appropriate to the agreed order and destination.

DELIVERED COST

You do not need to calculate freight yourself

For DAP/DDP quotations, we calculate the agreed delivery cost for the shipment and provide it as part of the quotation. The buyer does not arrange the freight covered by that quotation.

Exact product and shipment weights are documented for export paperwork, but the buyer does not need to build the freight calculation independently.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our QC team checks each order against the approved sample and written specification

Our QC team checks the order against the approved physical reference and written order specification, covering the agreed materials, construction, dimensions, finish, interior and customization requirements.

We send photos and, when practical, a short video of the finished order before shipment.

QUALITY ISSUES

How quality issues are handled

If 5% or more of the finished allocation is identified before dispatch as non-conforming to the approved specification, the affected units are handled under the replacement/refund policy below. Individual confirmed non-conforming units are handled under the same policy.

ReplacementAll identified non-conforming units are remade/replaced. Confirmed replacement units are supplied at no additional product cost, and reasonable delivery costs for the replacement are covered by Nacresque.
RefundThe buyer may instead receive a full refund of the purchase value of the affected non-conforming units.

The same remedy applies to an individually confirmed non-conforming unit reported after delivery under the claims procedure below.

HANDMADE VARIATION

Natural variation is expected; specification drift is not

Each piece is handcrafted. Natural wood grain, mother-of-pearl pattern, tone and other material characteristics can vary from piece to piece. Those natural differences are not treated as defects.

What remains controlled is the agreed specification: materials, construction, dimensions, finish, interior arrangement and customization requirements.

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

A simple process for genuine non-conformities

  1. Notify us. Send the order/reference number plus clear photos or video showing the issue.
  2. We compare it. We assess the issue against the approved sample and written order specification.
  3. We agree the remedy. Confirmed non-conforming units are replaced or refunded according to the buyer's choice.
  4. We execute it. Replacement units are scheduled or the refund is processed; the buyer is not charged for confirmed replacement units.

Please report visible delivery or product issues within 2 calendar days of receipt. Do not return goods unless Nacresque instructs you to do so.

BEFORE SHIPMENT

Inspection evidence comes before release

Once the batch is finished, our QC team checks the actual allocation against the agreed requirements. We then send photographs and video of the finished products before the shipment is released under the agreed commercial terms. This gives the buyer an opportunity to identify a material issue while the goods are still under our control.

PROCUREMENT FAQ

Questions buyers usually ask.

Can you produce 200+ units to the same approved specification?

Yes. We control a volume order through an approved physical reference, a written order specification, production-stage checks and final QC. We can scale to approximately 500–1,000 pieces per month depending on model, inventory, customization and production schedule. Handmade variation remains visible, but agreed dimensions, materials, construction, finish and customization are controlled requirements.

What is your production capacity?

Our practical capacity can reach approximately 500–1,000 pieces per month. The actual figure depends on the product configuration, whether stock is already in inventory, the amount of bespoke work or printing/branding required, and the production schedule at the time of the order.

Do you carry inventory for urgent projects?

Yes. Selected finished configurations are kept in inventory. When the right model and quantity are already available, we can use that allocation for a shorter-lead-time project. Inventory availability is confirmed against the exact requested configuration.

What packaging can you provide?

Packaging can be specified around the product, quantity, destination and presentation requirements. Available options include export-grade protective packaging, custom-fit protective inserts, presentation boxes, branded packaging and other project-specific packaging formats where technically suitable.

How are shipping costs handled?

For agreed DAP/DDP quotations, Nacresque calculates and includes the applicable delivery costs in the quoted delivered price, so the buyer does not pay the freight covered by that quotation. Under DDP, agreed import duties/taxes are also included where DDP is quoted. Exact terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Who performs quality control?

Our QC team checks each order against the approved sample and written specification. We send photos and, when practical, a short video of the finished order before shipment.

What happens if a material quality issue is found?

If 5% or more of the finished allocation is identified before dispatch as non-conforming to the agreed specification, the affected units are eligible for replacement or a full refund of their purchase value. Confirmed replacement units are supplied at no additional product cost, with reasonable delivery costs for the replacement covered by Nacresque.

Are the products perfectly identical?

No. The products are handcrafted. Natural wood grain, mother-of-pearl pattern and other material characteristics can vary from piece to piece. The controlled requirements are the agreed materials, construction, dimensions, finish, interior arrangement and customization.

What is the replacement/refund process?

Send the order/reference number plus clear photos or video of the issue. We compare the item against the approved sample and specification. For confirmed non-conformities, the buyer chooses replacement or refund of the affected units. Visible delivery or product issues should be reported within 2 calendar days; goods should not be returned unless Nacresque instructs the buyer to do so.

How do samples work?

For qualified trade projects, the physical sample is 100% free. You pay nothing: Nacresque covers the sample, preparation, packaging and delivery for approved sample requests. We ask for a few business details first so complimentary samples go to genuine trade buyers with a relevant project.

What is the MOQ?

Standard configurations begin at 50 units. Custom internal dimensions, bespoke inserts and other dedicated setups are scoped according to the project and may require a higher MOQ.

Can you provide procurement documentation?

Yes. Qualified buyers can receive structured product specifications, commercial terms, supplier information, commercial invoice and packing examples, agreed shipment documentation, inspection/approval procedures, and the applicable refund/replacement terms.
